1. Agreement
By using the App you agree to these Terms.
In-app: bookkeeping study aid; does not guarantee correct exam answers.
2. License
Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful bookkeeping study assistance, subject to App Store rules.
3. Study aid; no exam guarantee
No warranty of correct answers, passing scores, or grading outcomes. Follow exam rules and your own judgment.
4. Your content
You retain rights in learning history, journal data, chat, and photo-derived text. Use with understanding of disclosed DeepSeek API sends when AI is allowed.
5. AI outputs
AI explanations are reference only; accuracy not warranted.
6. Fees
No paid plan in Legal; package_manifest lists iap_opt_in=false. None invented.
7. Changes; liability
Features may change or stop. To the fullest extent permitted by law the App is “as is,” and liability for indirect damages is limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain.
